Couples meeting through dating apps are becoming increasingly common, but Starbucks is rarely their first choice for a meetup. To change this, the "Chat Code" campaign encourages Starbucks as a go-to first-date spot. In collaboration with Tinder, the campaign analyzes chat patterns to create personalized Starbucks drink gift cards based on their conversations. This approach makes Starbucks a meaningful location for first meetings and encourages couples to see it as a favorite destination for future dates.
